SPIRIT 2 S TILLER ELECTRIC OUTBOARD MOTOR

The Spirit 2 S Tiller is a short-shaft, tiller-controlled electric outboard motor with 2 kW power and a hefty 1,539 Wh battery. This motor's power won't easily run out, and for short-term needs, the motor's sport setting offers up to 3 kW of power. The total weight of the motor with the battery, without the mounting bracket, is only 20.8 kg. This total weight is conveniently divided into parts for transport, as the 10.4 kg battery detaches from the motor with ease for transport and charging. Battery connection and, naturally, disconnection is wireless! The battery slides into place at an easy angle, and in such an installation angle that it is genuinely easy to connect the battery from within the boat.

The motor's easy portability is topped off by the one-button detachment of the motor unit, allowing the motor to be removed separately from its transom mounting bracket for transport. The motor's tiller handle folds into a carrying handle, making carrying easy and balanced. Upon returning to the boat, you can literally drop the motor into the pre-attached mounting part on the transom. This quick attachment and detachment of the motor makes operation truly easy!

The tiller handle has a telescopic adjustment, allowing its length to be extended by up to +13.5 cm. The tiller handle pivots vertically to the desired angle and features an informative LCD color display, which also shows GPS speed. The battery includes a 45-Watt USB-C power outlet for charging a mobile phone, for example. The Finnish "shore-to-shore" boating experience is facilitated by the shallow-water drive position and the motor's impressive 90-degree tilt angle. Especially sailors will appreciate the motor's hydrogeneration, which can reach up to 1500 W, allowing the battery to be charged while sailing. The motor's turning movement can be locked into a forward-pushing position with a clutch lever. The Spirit 2 outboard motor is available in short-shaft and long-shaft versions, both as tiller-controlled and wheel-controlled versions with remote control. Thus, the Spirit 2 electric outboard motor is suitable as a boat motor solution for a wide variety of boats.

No more noise, emissions, or fuss

Since 2012, ePropulsion has shown with its product range how smaller outboard motors should always have been made. Spirit 2 continues on this path. An even larger Integrated battery outboard motor with high power and battery capacity takes the user experience to a new level. The brushless motor and direct drive without a gearbox ensure silent operation, smoothness, and structural durability. The 2 kW power easily matches the thrust of approximately a 5-horsepower traditional gasoline outboard motor, making it suitable for traditional Savonian-style rowing boats, as well as larger load flat-stern and sailing boats, for example. The included mains charger charges the battery from empty to full in approximately 8 hours. An optional fast charger handles the task in 2 hours.
