For the 2024 season, Terhi is launching a new boat model that stands out quite strikingly from the other boats in the range, as the new model is equipped with a cabin. The hardtop-style cabin structure has been combined with the proven Terhi 480 hull, resulting in the versatile and spacious Terhi 480 Cabin. A large sunroof, walk-through access from bow to stern, and a surprisingly spacious layout are the new model's biggest assets. The Terhi Cabin significantly undercuts the average price of cabin boats sold in Finland, making it clearly the most affordable option on the market.

The Terhi 480 Cabin, equipped with a steering cabin, is designed as a versatile and sheltered commuter boat, especially for Nordic waters. The driver and co-driver travel in padded comfort seats protected by the cabin, whose large opening sunroof offers additional options for standing while driving, ventilating the cabin, and enjoying the sun. In the aft cockpit, there is a rear bench with good legroom, accommodating 2-3 passengers. The aft cockpit can be covered with an optional stern canopy, ensuring all boat passengers are protected from the weather.

The Terhi 480 Cabin positively surprises with its use of space, which you fully appreciate only when you step on board. There is more room to move both inside the cabin and in the open area than one might initially believe, making the new model a viable option, for example, as a commuter boat, for day trips, or even for trolling in sheltered waters. The boat is naturally walk-through thanks to its 2-part front door and the open rear wall of the cabin. Driving the Terhi 480 Cabin is balanced, but optional trim tabs are also available, making driving with different loads and in varying wind conditions more effortless. A 50-60 horsepower Honda outboard motor powers the boat, and the boat package can be transported on an unbraked trailer.

The space between the vacuum-formed outer shells is filled with water-repellent polyurethane foam, which strengthens the structure and acts as a float. The layered structure dampens sound and makes the boat completely unsinkable. Terhi boats are long-lasting and very easy-to-maintain boats, whose finish is in a class of its own.
