The Terhi 480 TC is a stylish new addition that replaces the collection's popular predecessor, the Terhi 475 Twin C. The 480 TC is the newest addition to the 480 trio - the other two models, Terhi 480 BR and 480 Sport, were launched in 2020.

This is a versatile, nearly five-meter general-purpose boat, equipped with two consoles and a door between them. The boat is driven from the stern bench, which frees up ample deck space in the bow. Thus, transporting goods and grocery bags to the cottage island is effortless, as is, for example, casting for fish directly from the boat's bow. In front of the consoles are spacious storage boxes that also serve as seats, and in the bow there is a large lockable storage space. Mooring ropes have their own box on the bow deck.
Behind the consoles, the driver and a couple of passengers travel comfortably, protected from the wind. The boat's steering console has even more space than its predecessor for necessary gauges and navigation devices, making the new model even more adaptable for the modern boater. Inside the stern bench, in addition to the fuel tank, there is space for boating supplies and other equipment, for example. In the stern corners of the boat, there are separate storage boxes for mooring ropes and an anchor.

Durable three-shell construction

The hull of the Terhi 480 TC features the familiar Terhi quality with its ABS three-shell construction. Vacuum-formed ABS plastic is a weather-resistant, robust, and long-lasting material that is also easy to keep clean. Small bumps do not hinder its performance, as the material can withstand surprisingly heavy external stresses. The space between the vacuum-formed ABS shells is filled with water-repellent polyurethane foam, which, once dried, acts as a reinforcement and buoyancy material. The layered construction dampens hull noises and makes the boat safe and unsinkable.

Versatile accessory range

In addition to the boat's comprehensive standard equipment, a wide range of accessories is available. For example, the boat can be equipped with a convenient stern canopy, which protects those seated in the back if a sudden rain shower surprises them, or even extends the boating season in early spring and late autumn. A canopy garage for the stern canopy is standard behind the stern bench. An optional sun deck can be installed in the forward open space, where you can spend pleasant summer days enjoying the sun. The sun deck can also be used for casting if the cushions are removed. To facilitate landing and enhance safety in the boat, stainless steel side rails can be installed along the edges of the windshield's side windows, and a sturdy pair of bow rails can also be installed in the bow.
