AP 500 S battery: Powerful AP system battery that can be connected to the STIHL connected service via an integrated Bluetooth interface

The STIHL AP system supports you in daily garden, landscape, and tree care tasks. With AP battery-powered devices and compatible AP system lithium-ion batteries, you can handle even demanding jobs. The four LED lights on the AP batteries always show you the current charging status of the battery.

The POWER BOOST function of the STIHL AP 500 S battery, in conjunction with a suitable STIHL device, enables a temporary peak power of up to 3.5 kW. Thanks to Power Laminate technology, the STIHL AP 500 S battery offers twice the number of charging cycles compared to previous STIHL batteries.

Thanks to the integrated Bluetooth® interface, you can connect the STIHL AP 500 S battery to the STIHL connected service to store, save, and view battery information, such as battery status and the number of charging cycles. The service also allows for adjusting the charging speed. The localization and identification of individual batteries are also part of the STIHL connected system. For example, you can see the last known GPS location of an individual AP 500 S battery on your smartphone. If all batteries are within Bluetooth© range, for example, when used outdoors, they will appear in the STIHL connected app. The service also helps ensure that all batteries are properly removed from their devices and stored after the workday.

STIHL AP batteries with a nominal voltage of 36 V can be charged with any compatible STIHL charger.
